How To Delete Your Account

You can delete your Maker Inventory account directly inside the app at Settings -> Account -> Delete Account.

Deleting your account permanently removes the following cloud-linked data associated with your account:

• User account stored in Firebase Authentication.
• Inventory data.
• Locations.
• Images stored in Firebase Storage.
• Cloud sync data.

Subscription Notice

Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel active subscriptions.

• Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled in Google Play.
• Apple subscriptions must be cancelled in Apple ID settings.

Data Retention

Purchase records and transaction history may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, chargeback, or fraud prevention purposes.

Where applicable, financial compliance records may be retained for up to 6 years in the UK.

Any retained compliance data is not used for marketing.

Processing Time

Deletion is immediate within the app.

Backup systems may take up to 30 days to fully purge deleted data.
